Few hours ago, the only loyal reader of this blog had departed to Melbourne for his next level studies. Feel really miserable because we supposed to fly together now but I failed to meet the English requirement. Ms. Marie Hills was right, it's a shame to being such weak in English. I'm very grateful that I'm lucky enoungh to have a second chance for July intake. Just registered to retake IELTS on 29th March today. Melb. U is my 1st ambitious in my life after being 'easy go lucky' for 20 years. I'll try the hardest I can to get myself there.

Zennway. Good luck! Sorry for unable to keep our promise to go together. Lefting u to face new enviroment alone... Please pray for me while waiting me there. Dun left me behind ur mind after reach there, I still need ur guidance.

Do you believe in Horoscope?

'What Is My Actual Horoscope?' - This topic attracted me while I'm browsing through a forum. First of all, I would like to clarify that I'm not really into Horoscope. It's just for fun... ^^

Since I started to know the existence of horoscope, I was rather confused on my actual sign. My birth date (23rd, Oct.) falls on the separation of Libra and Scorpio. Some stated that I'm Libra, and some as Scorpio. Initially I thought these only the mistakes of those "no future" magazines. But I was wrong. This is a common trouble for all commoners around the world.

I used to have a friend who share the same birthday with me. When I ask her "What's our horoscope sign?", she answered "Scorpio" with no doubt. Since then, I always assume that I'm a Scorpion. However, sometimes I'll read both sign's comments and choose which 1 suit me more. LoL, ridiculous!

I tried to find out my real sign after reading the forum and I found cafeastrology.com. They have an incredible database of exact locations to determine our exact sign.

I even asked for my birth cert. for exact data....

From my Natal Chart, we can see that Astrology of Horoscope is quite complicated. Those paring were determine by calculating which zodiac zone the planet located when we borned, from the point of view of Earth. Different planet represented defferent aspect of our characteristic. Moon for EQ, Mercury for social style, Venus for love, etc....



For us commoners, we just take Sun's sign as our representative. And I'm a.... Libra!? Somemore "Libra ascending Libra" a.k.a "Pure Libran". I'm somehow disappointed because I always treated myself as Scorpion.

After read through the analysis, I found it's quite accurate. But my critic is those 'characteristics' are just common expression of humans. Let's see...
*Sun in Libra - Cooperative, Frivolous, Dilettante in love (totally disagree)
*Luna in Pisces - Shy, Spaced out, Humorous, Unhealthy imagination (LoL...)
*Mercury in Libra - Compromising, Laziness
*Venus in Virgo - Not flirtatious type, Great listeners
*Mars in Aries - Hot temper, Impatient
So, do these sound like me so far?

Then, another thing attract my interest - Signs' compatiblity. We have to use sign of Venus instead of Sun in a pro. way. Result was my Venus in Virgo has the best pairing with Venus in Cancer. You have girl friend whose birthday on 17-27 May or 6 Aug - 7 Sep in year 1988? Introduce to me! ^^

"Fitting" the house.

Traditionally, Chinese New Year was celebrated for 15 days. But unfortunely, my CNY only last for 4 days this year because our luggages from Sabah finally arrived at 4th day of the new year. So we have no free time to waste because seeing boxes and begs all around the house is really annoying.

Frankly, I don't mind clearing the mess. But I really frustrated when I discovered that actually only a quarter of them is things that we really 'use' is daily life. In rough way, the rest of 70% can be categorized as junk! When I tried to give comments, I'll ends up scolded by my parents for being wasteful. Especially those antique electronic products. I'm just telling that we wont use them anymore, why don't we just keep in store 1st. For example, a LD player! You know what is LD? I bet some of you had never heard it before. It's LaserDisc, a product before the era of CompactDisc.

Wow, come on... What for u bring 3 old kettles and 4 old rice-cookers while you will never use them? Talking of 'old', I meant those really antique models which are the production of early 90an. And I don't understand why my father brought 3 boxes of Annual Plantation Report by Planter's Club to home? 3 boxes of annual reports, u can imagine how many years of reports there are. Even they are really useful, put them in office! However, this still count reasonable compare to some ridiculous things that my parents brought:

My 2nd Aunt who married to Taiwan went back this Chinese New Year. It's really rare where last time her family paid us a visit during new year was year 2002 back then. So we took the chance to take a family photo few days ago. Too bad, it's still not yet perfect because my sister and her husband in Sabah didn't come back this year.

Hey, Just realised I'm not the tallest in my family! My cousin, 1st aunt's son who 2 years elder is taller than me! He went Taiwan study for few years, that's why never realise that he's so tall too...

Went buying new mattress cover today! Initially, I planned to choose an abstract pattern which looks more mature. But ends up buying a cartoonish design because it's so cute!

I discovered a collection of interesting cartoonish designs in a shopping complex. Having a hard time to pick one of them... All of them is really creative!

Actually I wanna buy this firstly but gave up because think of how embarrassing is it when people visiting my room. XD

Talking about my bed, actually I had done some modification to it. The bed position is actually higher, like a normal bed set. And the woods around act as like stair. But inspired by another bed set I saw in other set, I decided to insert the mattress straight into the center of the bed set by removing the base originally for supporting the mattress. It cost me great amount of sweat to done this modification...

My mom was very disagree and mumbling all the way about this mod. But the result is fantastic! Everyone saw it said it's nice including her... ^_^
