For few days, I have been working under the young engineer again for a new prototype test production. So today I went work casually as usually as I will just be doing some "lite" works, but soon greeted by my Ast. Manager that the Engineer I followed went M.C. today and he asked me to "look after" his station. Heck I know how and what to do!
Prototype production project will include an engineer for my company while overlook by an engineering from HP for each station. So my Initial worry was no idea how to face the picky HP's engineer. But soon it turned into a "shitstorm" when HP team arrived and told that the engineer for my station, also went M.C.!
The worst of the worst, today was the last day to get all units from my station to be done. So for whole day, I had been bombarded by management questions from the act leader, and technical questions from operators which both I had no idea at all! The worst part is when I had to rush up and make request from other department as act engineer when I know nothing at all...
There were some jerks I met, but I'm really grateful that most people are helpful knowing i am a practical engineers. Engineers from other stations helped to troubleshoot, a supervisor who wasn't in my station at all came helped to speed up operators work, and few operators that teach me things or show me directions. All actually, not a bad experience at all. This might be the day I learnt the most stuffs from my internship...
